Flat tire
I had my weekly weigh in today and good news.....I didn't gain any weight. That's right, I stayed exactly the same. I'm not looking at this as a negative, which I could easily do. I have decided to see it as a flat tire. These things happen. I didn't stay on the road directly to my destination as well. I took the scenic route :) But I'm back on the main road again and all my tires are at optimum strength. So today, I went to the gym and swam 800 yds! I wanted to swim until my face was hot and the water couldn't cool it off (that's when you know you're really working) So, I won't let this little pit stop, stop me. My windshield has been cleaned and I'm continuing to move forward!

Good job Debbie! I'm glad you stopped in today. They did the same circuit as last week tonight. I went on the treadmill for an hour instead. Only about 25 people this time. Hope you have a good week and keep it going!!
